For producing molds or large cores without
the capital cost of a core shooter
Molds/Cores are filled using a mixer and compaction table and then
moved into the gassing cabinet where curing takes place. Using at
least two patterns on a 'shuttle' style system will improve productivity
and efficiency with a capacity of up to 30 molds per hour.
